Offline Software Deactivation

Use this when your PC can't reach the internet to deactivate online. Submit the request file from the software and we'll return the seat to your account.

How it works

Deactivation releases the activation so you can use it on another machine. If the offline PC is being retired, this is what frees up the seat.

Generate the request by running nsregister.exe from the software's installation directory. Click the Fulfillment → Return → Offline. Then submit it below — you'll get a confirmation by email when the seat returns to your account.

  1. Enter the email address where you'd like to receive confirmation.
  2. Select the deactivation request file generated from the software.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. If valid, deactivation is processed and an activation is returned to your account.
